Flow Credits
Load your Flow Credits. Shape the music.
Flow Credits are an optional, prepaid way to shape a Space. Hosts sign in to create every Space; Free-Space guests stay free and need no account. A host activates Credits through Flow Plus; Guests need an account before using any Credit-related features, and their balance travels with them wherever Credits are enabled.
Credits do not replace voting. In a Credit Space, guests can spend Credits and cast a free vote when the host has voting enabled.
Flow Plus is optional: $12/month on web/PWA or $18 per Space for one Space. Native app pricing is $14.99/month monthly or $21.99 per Space per Space.
Before you use Credits
An account is for Credits, not for joining a Space.
Join and sign in
Open the host's guest link, scan the QR code, or enter their Space code. Free-Space guests need only a nickname. Credit Spaces ask you to sign in before you use Credits, so your balance is protected across Spaces.
Load what feels right
Choose a credit package before making a paid request. You always see the amount and price before secure checkout. Checkout appears only when the host has Flow Plus, has enabled Flow Credits, and payments are available.
Choose and confirm
The host decides whether Credits support timed Bidding or pooled Fundraising. You choose the amount for a request, support, or bid, review it, and confirm before Credits are used. You see the active setting in the Space before you spend. The host always keeps final playback control.
Credit participation
Same Credits. Two clear ways to use them.
A host selects one model for new activity and can switch between them without ending the Space. If an existing bid round is open, it finishes under the original rules so no one's held Credits are changed unexpectedly.
Set your maximum during a timed round.
You choose the most Credits you are willing to use for your own request. That amount is held, not captured, while the round is open. The selected request pays the final clearing price. All losing and unused holds return automatically.
Hosts can use highest bid or a balanced result that also includes votes and crowd support.Add Credits to the song you want to back.
Every contribution is captured when you add it and becomes part of that request's pooled support. If free voting is enabled, votes add another non-credit signal alongside the pooled funding.

Join a Space first, then use Load Credits in the request area. Your account balance is reusable, while each Space's rules decide whether credits can be used there.
Where credit spend goes
When an eligible credit request is captured, 60% of the associated proceeds are directed by the host and 40% supports InFlowCue. A host can designate a purpose for those proceeds, but InFlowCue does not verify charitable status or issue tax receipts. This is never a promise of playback.
When not to use them
For a casual free-for-all, the host can leave credits off and keep requests and votes free for everyone. A Flow Plus host can switch between free requests and credits without stopping the Space.
What credits do not do
They do not promise that a song will play in full or immediately. Credits are not transferable between people or redeemable for cash. Eligible held or unplayed request credits return to your account under the Space rules; credit-pack purchases are not cash refunds except where required by law. The host or DJ decides what fits the Flow. Native credit purchases are not available yet.
