Clear terms for every person in the Flow.

1. Your account and acceptance

You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your email secure. You are responsible for activity completed through your account. Hosts must sign in to create a Space and receive a private host link by email. Guests may use a Free Space without an account, but an account is required for Flow Credits and other protected features. We may update these Terms; when a material update requires renewed acceptance, we will ask before you continue with the affected feature.

2. Spaces, requests, and host control

InFlowCue helps people request, support, vote for, and organize music inside a shared Space. A host or DJ controls that Space. Requests, bids, support, and Flow Scores influence a Space, but they never guarantee that a track will play at a specific time, play in full, or be accepted by the host. A host may approve, delay, mix, shorten, reject, or leave a request unplayed under that Space's rules.

Music and playback

InFlowCue is music-platform agnostic: it does not stream, download, distribute, license, or provide access to music, and it does not use a host's or guest's music-service account. It records requests and shared source links so people can shape a Space together.

Each host or DJ chooses their own playback source and is responsible for following that source's user agreement, obtaining any permissions or public-performance licences that apply, and complying with copyright and other laws in every jurisdiction where they use InFlowCue. Guests are responsible for only sharing material they are allowed to share. InFlowCue does not provide legal advice or determine what licences a particular Space needs.

3. Your conduct and shared content

Use InFlowCue respectfully and lawfully. Do not use the platform to harass others, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, interfere with a Space, attempt to bypass security, or misuse another person's account or payment method. Do not submit source links or other content you are not allowed to share. Hosts are responsible for their Space rules, invitations, and moderation decisions.

Flow Credits

Flow Credits are closed-loop participation credits: they are not cash, are not transferable between people at launch, and do not guarantee playback. Eligible held or unplayed request credits return to the account under the Space rules; credit-pack purchases are not cash refunds except where required by law. When an eligible paid request is captured, InFlowCue keeps 40% of the associated proceeds and the host directs the remaining 60%. No host-directed recipient is represented as a verified charity or as providing a tax deduction.

Guests must actively accept the Flow Credit Use Terms before loading, spending, bidding, or funding with credits. Hosts must also actively accept the 60/40 host revenue-share terms before enabling Flow Credits, Bidding, or Fundraising in a Space. Those acceptances are recorded for that specific Space and must be renewed if these terms change.

4. Purchases, revenue, and taxes

Where paid features are available, the displayed price and the applicable checkout terms govern the purchase. A host's participation in Flow Credit revenue is governed by the Space-specific 60/40 revenue-share agreement. Hosts are responsible for the recipient they select, any disclosures they make, and their own tax, reporting, and legal obligations. A Space is not represented as a verified charity or as providing a tax deduction unless InFlowCue expressly says otherwise in writing.

Tips outside InFlowCue

InFlowCue does not operate a tipping feature. Hosts and DJs may independently choose to share Venmo, Cash App, or another payment method outside InFlowCue, subject to their own terms, local laws, and tax responsibilities. Those payments are not tracked by InFlowCue and never affect the Flow, a request, a vote, or playback priority.

5. Platform availability and limitation of liability

InFlowCue is provided on an as-available basis. Local connectivity, third-party services, host devices, playback sources, and internet access can affect the experience. To the extent allowed by law, InFlowCue does not promise uninterrupted service or a particular outcome from a request, vote, credit purchase, or host decision. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

6. Suspension and termination

You may stop using InFlowCue at any time. We may suspend or limit an account or Space when reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, or comply with law. Ending access does not erase obligations that arose before the end of access, including applicable credit, payment, or legal obligations.
