We collect only the information needed to operate a Space, process authorized purchases, and keep the experience reliable.

Space activity

Song requests, support activity, host settings, and Flow Credit transactions may be stored so a live Space can function and reconcile correctly.

Music source links

If a guest shares a link from a music service, we store the link and the request details needed to show it in the Space. InFlowCue does not download or play the linked audio, and it does not receive a guest's or host's music-service password or listening history.

Payments

Payment details are handled by our payment provider. InFlowCue does not store full card numbers. This policy will be expanded before public paid Spaces launch.
